Is the death penalty fair punishment for murder? How is capital punishment used in other countries? Is it our right as humans, to decide when another person's life should end, or is that a matter for a higher power? Can prison be risky? Is prison more punishment than death?
A very serious matter discussed and examined by our international cadre. Jihyun, Arman, Christy, Esther, Chris, & Dave illuminate a very dark issue with perspectives from France, Korea, Iran, & America.

In Vietnam, It has a death penalty by shooting people or hanging.They used to have cut off a people`s head but they dont have stone public like Amar said.In my opinion the goverment has death penalty is right because if they dont have that law no body scare .They make more crime

After hearing this podcast, i've notice there is a lot to discuss in this controversial topic.
It was very intersting the different ways of punishment each country around the world has.
LIstening to Arman was shocking. I knew that stoning murders in public was done in the past, but i didn't think this keept happening until now.
I was also surprised to hear that European countries don't have Death Penalty as a way of punishment.
In my opinion death penalty is not fair!!!
Everyone has the right to live.
God gaves the LIFE, who are we to decide who lives and who doesn't???
I think that the fact that a person won't ever get their freedom back and will live in jail for the rest of their life is enough for a punishment.
Great controversial topic...!
Very interesting !

In my opinion, death panalty is fair. Those who committed very serious crime already violated other people's right. If we consider points of their victims view, death panalty must be reasonable. Also it needs so much social expenses to accommodate the crimal. Who should pay for these espenses?
Just you or your parents should.
p.s I'm not familiar with English, so I may commit many mistakes. Thank you for reading my passage and pleas understand my poor English. ^^;
