How much is too much? More and more people are traveling to countries, like Korea, to have plastic surgery performed at a lower price than in America, but is it safe? Fashion is discussed as well.

From my point of view I think plastic sugery is ok it depends on a situation.For example, If someone born with something on body is not normal,so they can use the surgery to fix that one.it is ok.On the other hand like someone used too much surgery what you think about Machael Jackson it is not look normal.

I agree with Tai. If someone who born with disable or has handicap by some accidents is going to be happy by getting plastic surgery, it's fine. Nowadays, young women tend to get plastic surgery to satisfy with their desire for nice looking. It's out of question. Our body that was given by God and our parents Should not be canged by such purposes.

In my opinion plastic surgery is very helpfull for human .imagine you are so fine and nothing is wrong with your face ,but a car accident changed everything ,how you can get your face back ???????? answer is plastic surgery. Also in some cases it helps to look good ,if some part of your face is ugly and it affects your behavior like it makes you be shy or imbaressed why not change it ????like Omar did,i think omar made a good decision . katrin.e

Is plastic surgery ok ?
I agree with Amy. I think plastic surgery is a useful resource to use if a person was born abnormal or with a physical problem and there are guys that have the TROPHY WIFE to have popularity and be the center of attention.
I think that here in Los Angeles a lot of people care a lot for their physical appearance because Hollywood is near by and lots of celebrities tend to get plastic surgery done because their image is their work. Therefore there are people that want to look gorgeous like a celebrity and get plastic surgery to look better.
In my opinion, we should be happy with the way we look.
